NUTRITION FOR REAL LIFE 6 WEEK ONLINE MASTERCLASS

Are you at the end of your tether trying to lose weight and be healthier?

Real life happens and losing weight and being healthy is not all about counting calories or cutting out food groups, it's about being knowledgeable about the nutritional value of what you are eating and making some new habits.

This is a ‘Tool Kit’ Masterclass where I will be giving you the information, the tools so to speak, to make small steps that will lead to big changes overall. Along with weekly challenges to help kick start you off on your weight loss/healthy journey.

If you miss any live sessions you can always catch up.

The Masterclass is going to give you lots of useful information and insight to good nutrition in order to lose weight and be healthy, and is a good way to get started. It provides the knowledge to make good choices while at the same time not to feel guilty or ashamed when we are faced with limited choices, for example when we attend a celebration, or when we are on holiday.

SELF INVESTMENT: £45 normally £120

These are online sessions in a private Facebook group.

Sessions will be live, but if you are unable to attend you will be able to catch up with the recordings.
